David Sills V has signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, following former Falcons offensive coordinator Zac Robinson to Tampa Bay.
Sills played 17 games for the Atlanta Falcons last season, achieving career highs with 18 receptions for 191 yards and two touchdowns. Despite not being a top free agent for the Falcons, his return was considered due to the team's depth issues at the wide receiver position.
The Buccaneers hired Robinson to replace Josh Grizzard as offensive play-caller. This move sets the stage for Sills to face off against his former team, the Falcons, twice in the upcoming 2026 season, intensifying the NFC South rivalry.
